Start with a guided tasting of Monty's cultured cashew wheels, a delicious plant based cheese alternative. Marissa will guide the class through the Cheese By Numbers method, crafting the most colorful and instaworthy cheese plate. Each attendee will then build their own boards, with a personal Brooklyn Slate and all of the vegan accoutremonts.
