BAKED BRIE WITH ROSEMARY, TRUFFLE HONEY AND WALNUTS

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

1 Wheel of Brie

1 T Truffle Honey

½ Cup of Raw, unsalted Walnuts

Fresh Rosemary

1 fresh baguette

let's cook! 

Pre-Heat oven to 350F

Unwrap Brie and place entire wheel on an oven safe dish (preferably with sides, cookie trays work as well but you don’t want the brie to run away once gooey)

Drizzle honey, sprinkle walnuts and place rosemary on top of the brie

 Place in oven and cook for 8-10 minutes. When you touch the brie it should feel squishy, like a water balloon

Let brie sit for 5 minutes

Dive in, let that cheesy goodness seep out, dip in your baguette and enjoy. You can eat the rind!
